Refund and Returns Policy


Thank you for supporting independent art. Each artwork is created and handled with great care.

1. Original Artwork
Original artworks may be exchanged for another available artwork of equal or lesser value, subject to availability.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
All shipping and insurance costs associated with the return and exchange, including return postage, insurance and delivery of the new artwork, are the responsibility of the purchaser.
If an artwork is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy in accordance with your rights under Australian consumer law.
NOTE: free delivery does not apply to exchanges.

2. Limited Edition & Open Edition Prints
Due to the “print on demand” nature of prints , returns on prints will not be accepted.
If a print is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy in accordance with your rights under Australian consumer law.

3. Shipping
Artworks are dispatched as soon as possible and usually take between 2-5 days for delivery within Australia. Artworks will require signature on delivery. Shipping costs (within Australia) are generally included in the price unless otherwise specified.

4. Damaged Items
If your artwork or print arrives damaged:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photographs of:
The damaged item
The packaging (including any visible damage)
Retain all original packaging materials
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement (if available), repair, or refund. Claims made outside the stated timeframe may not be eligible.
Refunds or replacements may be handled in accordance with the carrier’s resolution process.

5. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We will work with the shipping provider to investigate. Refunds or replacements will be handled in accordance with the carrier’s resolution process.

6. Commissions & Custom Work
All commissioned or custom pieces are non-refundable once work has commenced. A deposit is required to secure your commission and is non-refundable.
