The lockdowns caused by COVID caused so many problems, but also gave us many gifts. One of the gifts it gave us was time. Suddenly we had time – time to spend with our family, time to explore our local area in a way we haven’t before. What a gift.

I will remember this spot well, not only for the beauty and the peace, but also for the joy it brought us. My sons are adventurous and love to scramble and climb over all the rocks, no matter how slippery…well you can guess what happened this one time. A very soggy boy for the last hour of the hike, but what a place to fall in.
